| In 17 years as a software developer, product owner, project manager, CIO and CTO in companies of various sizes, Lutz has contributed his experience particularly in the areas of organizational development, methodology and technologies. Using contemporary delivery models and architectures, he has reduced release cycles from several months to an average of 31 seconds at large companies such as PwC. Most recently, as Head of Delivery at the PwC Europe Experience Center, he had overall responsibility for project delivery and managed 140 employees in four countries. |
